Hey guys today i thought of cooking 2 nice sized tumbrell which we caught last monday. And beleive it or not it came really good. My dad who usually is disgusted buy the smell of tumbrell tasted it and said that it came very good.

Ingrediants:
2 Good sized Tumbrell
some fresh garlic
balsamic vinegar
mint
"merqtux"
olives
1 fresh chillie pepper
olive oil

Method:
First skin the fish leaving only fless and filet. Cut into pieces and put aside. Heat a pan with some olive oil, add the chopped garlic, chillies and olives and then add the fish. Cook for 2 minutes on high heat then add the herbs and some drops of balsamic vinegar. Cook for another 4 minutes and ready to eat.

Good recipe bigboy
A few months ago I did something like this  I used the same recipe but added some chopped cherry tomatoes and added some wine and simmered untill the wine has evaporated and it was used as souce for the pasta ( the fish must be chopped into small cubes)

If u catch the tumbrell and intend to cook it not use it as bait then it is imperative that as soon as u catch it, have a pail near u and hit the head of the fish on the bottom of the pail this way it will bleed of and take the bad taste away. It makes a big difference in the way tumbrell tastes. I am not saying its going to become a delicacy but it will make good eating if cooked properly.
