i woke up this morning thinking ,you know what's missing in this forum a new topic with regards to rigging method's used for particular fish in season in relation to aminated knots website for clarifications of knots. i personally would find very usefull and so would others.

topic might include example,
name of rig i.e  paternoster, running float, running ledger
line size ex, .30 for medda florocarbon ,15cm .18 for fergha.
to tie fergha to medda use 2half hitches(see animated knots).
fish caught with this rig at this time or year are sawrell date dec-feb.

any suggestions??

thanks All for this great forum

when i fish in ports i usually use a running ledger rig, with a weight ranging from 30g to 5g.  the terminal is usually about 2m long and line diameter 12-16.

when this doesn't seem to be effective i use a paternoster rig with 2 hook. as line i use 14-16 and a 25-10g weight.

i may change anything of the above according to the situation. and i use a reel spooled with line of diameter ranging between 14-20
