abour 11.45 along the front in bugibba, saw a trawler looks as though heading for xemxija, not seen one that close on before, not taking part in sundays comp i hope.

Maybe he was just  making his way to somewhere. I dont think they troll that close mate and especialy that side of malta.
Not all trawlers you see in the sea will be pulling there nets.

xemxija trawlers operate at approx 2-5 miles from shore. many of the operation in itself is abusive... was said on x qala l bahar

this one looked as though it had one of the boom arms out on the port side, and traveling very slow.
