Hi there, I?ve been a member in this forum for two week now and I really like this forum! What I really like is that everyone is open and the pros helping us beginners.

I used to go fishing and spearfishing a few years ago but now I am back again. I tried fishing (coast casting) but I didn?t have luck yet! However I enjoy mostly spearfishing! This weekend I am going to Gozo and hopefully I will get some fish from there Smiley Will show you my catch if I get any!!

So wish me luck ? will post something later on next week?

tnx Smiley yeah i had a great time there in gozo! the only thing that makes me sad is that i was planning for a "swim" in ramla bay but however it was cancelled and now am reading that ramla bay is great for white sea bream (sargi). will go next time for sure! my next "swim" will be somewhere in malta!! Smiley don't know when yet!

Nice Bream jon, for the Maltese waters, it's a nice one.  Shocked Shocked Shocked

The biggest I had caught was of 4.5kg but if I remember SimonG had caught bigger. I hear ed that they had being caught around Malta from around 2 weeks. Willing to find some of them because it's nice to improve technique with them.
