Garage in South of Malta

I'm looking to rent a garge in the south of Malta, pref B'Bugia area, that needs to be approx 23ft long overall and with quite a high garage door to get store a boat.

I've looked around the net but couldn't find any suitable, as the standard height garages are no good so trying my luck on the forum in case any one knows someone or has something suitable.
