Jellyfish and fishing survey

Hi everyone. I am doing a study related to jellyfish and fishing problems and it would be of enormous help if you have a few minutes to spare to complete this very short survey if you are a fisherman that uses a boat and netting. Also where would you think would be a good place in your opinion to go and ask boat fisherman a few questions directly before they would set off to work? Thanks for your help  !
