Another great event organised by the fishing enthusiasts of this small island we call home.  Again, a very well organised event.  Most of all very happy to extend my congratulations to the organising committee, especially Gogo, Dr. Joe, for his unconditional work and support put in throughout this competition.  Above all, a big well done with gathering and presenting a cheque of 6000 Euros to this year's chosen charitable institution.

Another successful tournament after many months of planning and organisation by the Tournament Directorate so a big well done due to those involved. The booklet takes a lot of effort but is a fantastic source of funds when raising proceeds for charity, luckily most of the tournament design work (Rules, Regulations, Logistic set up) was done for last year's tournament and then used again this year by the Federation with some small amendments.

This would have drastically reduced the workload to a more manageable scale, but nonetheless the TD had their hands full in order to pull off a successful tournament without any major incidents.

From a personal perspective I would like to see far more involvement by the sponsors at all stages (Pre-Tournament, During the Tournment and Post-Tournament), their support is fundamental but they could reap a lot more benefits if they were more hands on. It would also help secure future events, especially given that the number of boats now tends to be in excess of 50.

Like some of the others have posted, I think it was particularily touching to see the genuine appreciation and thanks from the representatives of the St. Peters Foundation upon presentation of the cheque.

I would like to sincerely thank the Tournament Director, and his team of judges and inspectors along with all those who supported the event for the sacrifices they made over the last few months; well done guys.
