Description: Small Dentex caught this evening on light spinning tackle. It was a great way to celebrate the first fish caught on the Lamiglas rod I built myself.

MartinB Posts:665 | May 07, 2010, 20:09:08 CET Well done my friend! 5* and it's definitley a great way to 'baptise' a new rod!! Although dentex don't really put up much of a fight per se to really test a rod (or at least the ones ive caught or helped land/gaff) just a big intial run & then after that they seem to tire out pretty quickly.Though that being said we'd all be hard pressed to catch a more beautiful fish than the dentex!!! Well done & tight lines and hope the is the 1st of many on your new rod m8 |
