| November 15, 2010, 13:30:48 CET Appreciate your comments guys, very kind and generous of you.... but I am not an excellant fisherman, far from it! Being retired I just have the time on my hands, I do put in several hours each week at sea and at times I only get a couple of fish. Given that I have "swept the sites" east of Malta for 45 years I have learned quite a lot but for the time and money spent I do not "bag" that much. In fairness too the loads of Tumbrell, medium-sized Kubrit and Plamti we used to catch many years back are practiically decimated. Sometimes its a good day, just like everything in life!! |

I am having another go on Monday for the Kubrit, out on my friend's 28ft Princess (dan mhux sajjied imma hadli rasi biex immur jaqbad huta!, pero fih buzz ghax kollu cajt...and he gets lots of good food on the boat) look me up if you are around. Cheers and hope your octopus pots were all full! |
