Title: Burqaxa (Painted comber)
Post by: intermilan on September 26, 2008, 11:46:47 CET
Can the Burqaxa be used for anything else other than fish soup, if it is a good size? As they are so easy to catch, they must be good for something.

Sometimes they are good to indicate you if there are any octopus while searching for them!!!
So I think it`s best to release them back.. hehehe

well put i this way if the comber is stationary and pointing in a direction it can be indicating an octopus...... they have a habit of doing that probably it is waiting for scarps of food that drift with the current when the octopus is eating.......
