Applications for the 2022 Recreational Bluefin Tuna fishing permit are open
until 30th April 2022 and can ONLY be done via the MALTA FISHERIES & AQUACULTURE mobile app which can be downloaded from either the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
Once installed click on Fishing Licence Renewals and Select "Fishing Recreational Authorisation"
You will need the following documents:
Your ID Card
- Your Transport Malta Vessel Registration Document
Payment of €20 will need to be done once your application is review and approved and the season runs from the 16th June until the 14th October 2022 or until the quota is exhausted.
