That's a bit of an irrelevant question; it depends on where the wind is coming from and how far you're willing to go, as well as what exactly you want to do. Generally, for smaller boats, anything over 3-4 knots can sometimes be too much, depending on how passionate you are about it. For me, even a one-meter wave is not a problem :) but for some, even 30 cm can be an issue.

Are restrictions still in place on tuna captures for recreational fishermen in Malta?
I had heard that once the allocated quota was reached all tuna had to be released.

Hi Twoutes that's right. When the quota is reached suppost everyone releases tuna
