Shanook that was quick, although according to you we havn't caught the fish yet, we still are in October. Lol!!

The fish was caught in 430m. The fish had green eyes which they told me is a caracteristic of a muruna (if I got that right). It grows to very big dimentions. Will post the pictures later on in galery.
Had a good day out. Sea couldn't have been better. At a point we were longing for a breeze as it was so hot and calm. We had to motor away from a point as we weren't drifting at all. Fishing was poor, but we managed to catch somthing to eat.

the strange shark was very good to eat, but hell to skin, or maybe I havn't the correct way to do it.

Their is a tactic to skin those species of sharks...you have to scar the skin int 3 lines from front to back and peel it off..I think it a zarun. nice catch ;)

its more like when u go fishing for Klamari. the trick is to have good company as otherwise it will tend to be a bit boring especially when u dont get hits. But otherwise its a relaxing way to fish u stand by ur reel and hit the retrieve button when the rod tip begins to wiggle up and down. U either wait a bit to maybe get another fish or else retrieve it back which is approx a 5 minute wait till the fish makes it to the surface. On the way up u will still see the rod tip tipping down or else like Ramio's zarun did shot sideways pulling the rod to one side. and the surprise as to what u have caught.
