Just counted 37 small boats approx 3 miles out from sliema promenade in front of the square tower.All appeared to be trolling.Any forum members out there? If so what were you catching,there must be something there for all those boats to be in that area :o :o
yes i was on sliema front and they were all over the place some were trolling others were stationery. I couldnt go out, but the sea was WOW......
i was there my friend woke up at 4.30am but caught nothing not even a bite stayed trolling from portomaso to valletta till about 9 then tried my luck from gnejna 3miles out , comino and everywhere till just about 4pm but nothing , i could'nt believe my luck . anyone else been out today?

MY buddy was out with the skuna aswell and i was close to him but we headed up off bahar ic caq on our own lol.
We caught 30 and he caught 31

i was 3nm sliema till 9 am , then went to gnejna . what time where you out and where? i think i need some lessons
gnejna there are no tumbrell. you went to gnejna by boat from harbour area or you trailered the boat to gnejna. its a long way to go from harbour area to gnejna by sea.
no trailered it my friend, it's a long way for a 30hp dinghy, problem was had been out early morning 5am till 9, and said this area there isnt any and tried gnejna. how come tumbrell dont stay in gnejna , is there a particular reason
tumbrell stays in gnejna during summer, there much more to see in summer than in winter ;D ;D

there are nice things to see in summer at gnejna :D :D. tumbrell began early this year at gnejna in november there were a lot but now only a few are caught. on monday i only caught 4. and another 3 boats also caught 4 each.
