Title: Does anyone know a good recipe to cook langustini(scampi)?

If you could help me do a good plate of pasta with langustini i would be very pleased. :P

Ha haj....... you have come to the right place... all you need is garlic, white wine, parsly, a bit of diced up cherry tomatos, some fresh vongole if you like and obviously... olive oil

Fry the garlic in olive oil add some of the parsly, vongole and langustini and white wine and simmer for a few minutes (xi 3 min) turn off and add remaining parsly and cherry tomatos.

If u like to add to the taste (and the bill) include prawns with the langustini and also you can prepare a stock from the peel of shrimps. Also, for the final touch of divinity, you may add a tub of fresh sea urchins (rizzi)(orange part only lol) when you add the cherry tomatos.

PS-->Don't use alot of tomatos as it is not the main ingredient of the reciepe 4-5 per person will do.  ;)

Also... don't forget to season with salt and freshly ground pepper....

Thank you robby I will try it for dinner than.I would like to ask you if you leave the langustini whole(that is what I usually do when I fry them) and can I add some spagetti at the end in the pan?

yes and yes... if they are big, add them first prior to vongole prawns... yes i forgot to add, add the above with spaghetti or linguine... boun appetite... u hallilna ftit lili ul bigboy... :D
