Can anyone point me in the best direction to buy an MSB vessel under 10 mts? I am aware it is a waiting list at the moment also I am a maltese citizen but what are the regs if 1 day a week If I have a non maltese citizen work it?

Think you mean MFB (Part Time Commercial Fisherman)
Your easiest option is to buy an existing vessel with it's registration.
If you buy a new boat they're not giving out new MFB registrations.

make sure its economical(fuel wise) and don't throw parit around the shoreline like there is no tomorrow, just respect the rules.
