I am going to comment on the official mooring spaces provided not the mooring of individuals.
B"Bugia behind the Jetty safe all year round. Limited spaces look at all the boats moored ouside. practically you have the same number of boats behind the jetty as to outside of it.
Pieta safe all year again lack of space. Lots of boats are not moored properly and lots of boats are put on the hard.
Bugibba safe for summer only (such an important tourist center that is not equipped with a proper port. Mind you safe as long as we dont have a strong grigale wind.
Xemxija safe for summer months only.

conclusion someone needs to start using our taxes and make it safe for us to moor our boats.
