Which is the best way to cut up tumbrell to use as bait? All the strips must have some skin?
Can i cut it up before going fishing or will the meat loose its blood?

First of all try and keep it frozen as much as you can so the meat tows at the bottom and the blood iwill start being reliesed at the bottom And yes keep the skin on each piece.
I am going to use it as bait for vopi and sawrell to attach to my hooks, so is it still best to keep it frozen?
well..........not hard frozen than.......but towed
