All reputable marine centres stock fuel tanks. Depends on space available on the boat.

Check Caruana Marine (Zejtun), Ta' Bormla (Mosta), Mecca (St Paul's Bay), Ronnie Marine (Gzira), Hi-Tech Marine (Zabbar) and many others.
