hey everyone,
so this November i'm turning 18 and i'm thinking of buying myself a speargun. I have had this crazy idea that i would be able to sell the fish i catch from spearfishing as a minor summer job . In the past few years i've been free diving along the coast in different places to identify promising spearfishing spots and to practise holding my breath and stalking fish. What I would like to ask is , how realistic an idea this is in actual fact ?I've never used a speargun so i am not exactly sure how hard or easy it is to nail a fish from a distance.
Either way summer job or not what kind of speargun and equipment do you guys suggest for a beginner such as myself ? How do I apply for the license , because i haven't found much information online about the subject.

it is illegal to sell fish caught by spearfishing.
Thanks guys it was still worth a try :P I wasn't finding a lot of information about the subject online so..... Anyway apart from that , any suggestions for a good beginner speargun? Any further tips ?
not worth it at all, the costs to buy all the equipment is far more expensive than selling the fish you catch,
not a good idea, sperafishing for relaixng and as hobby.
