caught this morning 29.01.08 by my friend with the rixa tal alungi. he tied 20 hooks for swordfish to a cima and trolled a bit with the rixa tal alungi and caught it after about 15min. dont know the weight because we were still at gnejna when i took the photo but when i see him i will ask him

Its a nice catch i have never caught one but some times you can have nice suprises in fishing.

If we can, photo's can be posted in this section of the board, but if you are going to provide further info on how/where/with what etc it was caught, it would be appreciated if you could put that in the catch rerports/experiences which is a more protected board. As mentioned in a previous post, the Fish Alerts section will shortly be 'locked' down to restricted member access in an effort to ensure that such information is not abused by people with commercial interests. This is pending a meet with
members who want to come before we go ahead. Currently alot of information is passing around as Private Messages as this is more secure, but kind of defeats the scope of a forum as others have highlighted so we need to help prevent the abuse of info.

today i saw my friend who caught the pasterdella it was 20kg. in its stomach it had a whole lampuka of about 1kg.
