I was once recommended by a boat owner to use self polishing always even on slow boats. reason being that if its not self polishing it is a hassle to obtain a smooth finish. Can you confirm this? I am not the type that experiments with anti-fouling

I always used self polishing on my boat.

this year i tried a new brand from Powercentre.

Last year i used wurth antifouling and found it very good.
