I'm in Malta 12-16 August and was hoping to get some fishing in. As I'm travelling Ryanair, my luggage is restricted and cannot carry any gear- Anyone know if there is a tackle rental service for shore fishing anywhere in Valletta or charters taking single anglers to make up necessary numbers

Not aware of anyone renting tackle but you can try and call the Misterfish outlet in Iklin and Pirotta Fishing Centre Tackle Shop 131 Manoel de Vilhena Street, Gzira. Tel 21331279
