I am returning to Malta for the first time in 30 years in September. I have many happy memories of rock fishing around the coast and would like to experience it again. The problem is that it is impracticable to bring my own tackle. Is there a shop/merchants anywhere in Malta/Gozo where I can rent a rod and reel and basic tackle without going out on a boat charter?
Any help with this greatly appreciated. ;D
Hi! I do not believe that it is possible to rent fishing equipment unless possible if you are on a fishing charter! But I can lend you some fishing gear not a problem - send me a PM nearer to your date of arrival.
