Title: Hello
Post by: suffrun on May 27, 2008, 14:52:15 CET
Hi to all.

I've been a registered member for a couple of months now, but this is my first post.

I totally agree with the membership card and will be posting my application form in the next few days.

By the way, I live in Qawra and enjoy both shore and boat fishing though I still consider myself as a novice.

Keep up the good work.

Hello Suffrun, and welcome to the forum.  We are all novices here in a way.  Thats what the forum is all about.  We share and discuss ideas on the different types and techniques used to catch different fish.  There are a number of categories in the world of fishing, from spinning to beach casting (or in Malta's case casting from a jetty) to conventional rod fishing while you can also troll, drift, bottom fish and deep bottom fish from a boat.  We all have our particular fancy.

Welcome suffrun. There are a total of 606 different topics at the moment so quite alot to read if you go through them all!! But like The_Gaffer said, everyone has their own particular interest and follows accordingly, though it's always nice to read and learn about new styles/techniques.

Don't worry about posting, I know alot do and prefer to read as they are concerned they have nothing to add. Read, ask/post, read more, post..... well you get the picture!!
