Title: Equilasation/ clearing your ears technique. which one do you use?
Post by: Granitu on July 30, 2008, 16:54:53 CET
i was recently chatting with a free diver friend of mine and told me about a really strange technique.... but most of all dangerous to equilise......... he actually draws water in his inner ears and sinuses and solves the problem of equalization but at the expense that he must control perfectly the epiglottis and the soft palate

since i always crave for new depths and longer apnea, i am asking to the experts what kind of equalization technique you use?/

I use the frenzel technique... so far i didn't have much problems with it.....
