hi , im new to this forum which who started it , i think skip (but not sure)  i say thanks ,is perfect for many beginers such as me , who have been fishing for quite a while with very little interest as i dont catch any fish . the thing is i DONT come from a fisherman's family and nobody until this forum is going to tell u where to catch THIER fish.

this topic is about translations  so if anyone needs help hopefully we-ll find it here

fly fishing - ?
lure  - rixa i think
trolling ?
rig - kif tkun armara is qazba(just found out today
ledgering?
spinning?

and many more i cant remember which may be usefull to others like me

Hi pupu,

First of all welcome to this forum, hope you'll find all the info. you'll need from here and start gaining experience.

Regarding translations, I think that trolling in maltese is mostly associated with the word " TREJJEX ".
For the others will make some research.

as for places I do not like when people doen t say places. Doesn t mean that if you know the place you will catch all the fish. When I use to start spearfishing it was very rare for me to see a dentex. This was cos of bad technick I used and no one had showed me. This last year Im going with some good guy and they show me where I was doing wrong. Infact before I didn t noticed these mistakes but when you are dealing with cleaver fish you must try to be 100%.Yes it s true that the right place helps a lot but then you need the technick.
