Today, when I switched the TV on and was changing the channnels to try to find a decend programm to watch, I noticed that ther is a new channel, in Italian, which is called Cacca e Pesca. From what i noticed from a few minutes that I watched, there are features which are related to our kind of fishing. Enjoy
Was it on one of the local cable networks or was it on sattalite ( Reason asking is because I am not in Malta at the moment so can not check it out. I have came across that channel while I was in Italy & yes it is very intresting.
It on one of the local cable network
Just great, the minute I changed to go, melita decides to put a deceant channel on. Just brilliant .....
i didn't find it!
i found 1 channel but is locked!
Isma Guys there is chasse e peche on the Cyfra which is open, but the one in Italian is locked.
i have had it on satelite for quite some time. the frequency is rai 13E 12303Mhz/V/27500 FTA
enjoy
Well the problem with chasse e peche is that it's in french, which makes hunting for boars sound like porn, caccia e pesca is in italian which most maltese understand but the problem with that is that it's on the sky network. But i'd love to know if it's been added to their channel list or did they air it by mistake, I doubt melita bought the rights from sky as I belive they are in no good terms.
no this is a free to air its an italian procuvtion in Italian language....
Sorry my mistake i beg everyone's forgiveness its called Passione pesca. Oh by the way I changed to go today as well..........dont regret it .......
Go Made For you...if anyone needs anything from go let me know...i work there ;D
camkev if its not a problem i need about 100 free sms per day lol
dont mean to outstay my welcome but a free phone (3G) would be nice :D :D :)
How about go airing cacca e pesca or passione pesca!!!
The title of the thread is hilarious, hunting in italian is spelt caccia, and cacca means.....shit!!!
I had the channel on the Sky network some years ago, and have a few downloads of their productions via emule...simply fantastic insight into fishing technoques applicable locally.
Can you indicate which local network is showing it?
Rob
Had a look at the channel line ups of the local providers, but none of them is listing it as an available channel.
More info please because its one I would not like to miss.
Rob
camkev - all we need now is that you and your GO win the rights to air the premier league .... i'll be the first to switch with GO.....
forza BENITEZ dejjem ha jkompli jtina !!!!!!!!
Hi all,
Yesterday noticed the channel included by my provider in the channel line-up. Its Melita....hope this done not upset the administrators but I think its in everyones interest to know who might be giving the service. I will check with their customer care later.
Rob
Just checked Melita's website and channel listing. The channel you're referring to Rob1974 is Chasse et Peche, listed under the XL package channel list under category sports, ch. 206 - which is in French. Definitely a no go for me!!!
I had high hopes, but it seems its the french version :'(
tought it was strange they actually bought the rights for a channel from sky.
i think the title of this thread must be caccia e pesca not cacca cause its meaning in italian is quite different :P :D
lol @ ramx!
i think the channel you are talking abouts is chasse et peche, a french version of caccia and pesca under tps licence
the spanish version is caza y pesca under taquilla rights
the italian sky caccia and pesca, probably forget it guys, even unlocking it, as the last Mohicans who unlocked sky got in some trouble..... i know because i used to decrypt quite a lot sky but the amount of work you need now plus equipment makes it unfeasible
right now, whoever uses a satellite there is a fishing and hunting channel available on digi tv, i rarely watched it but according to my father it is fairly reasonable...if you own the classic humax 5400z or 5400
the other 3(french, italian(possibly) and spanish) are available under cam equipped satellite or dreambox... that is the best decoder right now
Actually it an italian station, with italian productions. It has nothing to do with the frensch station
so it is caccia e pesca. there should be a lot of jigging episodes along a series documentary by one of the world greatest spreros, like fabrizio d agnano
Up to about 8pm yesterday, the subtitles for the running programmes on this channel were in italian, and since I am familiar with the chennel I recognised a couple of regular discussion programmes. At around 2130 I checked again, and the subtitles had changed to French!
Canot understand what's going on!
Rob
Today I had a confirmation that this programm is being taken from Sky TV. The local network supplier entered an agreement with SKY. So enjoy
