Title: outboard registration

hi, i am coming across outboards for sale, some of which say they have papers or are registered...does an outboard need to be registered? i am looking for something in the 2-3hp range...

Yes it needs to be registered even if it is just a 2 hp (although not all are!)

Yes Malta Transport. If you are buying 2nd hand, make sure that seller comes with you so that he would sign papers of transfer.
