Thanks guys. I was thinking of a s/s frame too but am not sure how sturdy it will be. Will google around and take some more ideas.

you have to use the soft plastic like those that you find in some bars or restaurants. they roll it down when it is raining. Gomez Blanco do them to your measurments

The s/s frame is now ready and its quite sturdy - pics will follow this evening or tomorrow. I also added another fuel tank for longer trips :)
Now I need to decide on the material to use to cover it. Soft plastic is good so that it can be removable. But I need something that the water droplets does not stick to it so that I can still see through it. Does it depend on the material or is there some paint/spray that will make water droplets fall off instead of sticking to the surface? Any ideas?
