Stainless Steel For Boat

Hi guys!! 

Some time ago I've bought the marino atom 15ft from mecca. The problem is that stainless steel railings are quite expensive in my opinion! 

I need stainless steel handles (railings) which are about 1.5 feet in length to fit for my boat. The base needs to be very strong as rod holders will be attached to the handles.

The base has to take 'viti', not bolts, as underneath where the handles are going to be attached is unaccessable.

I also need to work a stainless steel frame for the windscreen of the console and stainless steel pipes for the kabuz.

Does anyone know who gets or works these type of stainless steel please?

And also of anyone skilled who works kabuz at a good price?
