Raytheon L365 with transom mount transducer. Depth 1200' (I used it in 600'), Fish, shallow and deep alarms. dual 50 and 200 Htz.  Temperature and speed. black and white screen.
I used to see a lot of interference at high speed, but I have inboard engines and shouldnt have used a transom mount transducer, so dont exactly know its performance.

As a bonus, I also have a side looker for this unit which clips on to the transducer. This sees fish on both sides of the boat to a distance of 150'.
