Hi Guys,

I'm interested in getting my first boat this summer, I would like to know what is the current situation in terms of registration and license fees. As my first small fishing boat I'm having a look at something 13ft long, like a second hand bahri. How much is the registration for such boat? And what about the outboard motor? something in the range of 15Hp to 30Hp? What would be the costs of such boat please? Apart from that would you recommend a bahri to start with? Is that a good choice. Many thanks for your assistance

Shevino.

If I'm not mistaken you have to pay according the HP of the motor . I'm not sure but I think that for registering 12 ft with a 25hp it was about 70 euros  first time then something around 20 euros per year.
Listen, I like female form in minimum dress Money to spend with a capital "S" Get a date with the woman in red Wanna be in heaven with three in a bed !!!

Hi shevino,

As to registration of a boat one has to decided in which category you register. There are different registration and licenses for 'S' and fishing boats.
In your case registering with Yachting & small craft first registration is €50  and yearly €20 for range 9.9HP to 25HP and €30 for range 25HP to 50HP. Note that HP is combined i.e. with two 25HP engines the registration and yearly license is in the €30 bracket.
Remember that according to HP you also need a Nautical license one time €23.29 and an insurance third party cover.
Hope this is of help.

I am a bit confused regarding the right to enjoy recreational fishing in local waters with a foreign registered boat e.g. SSR, Does anyone know the facts regarding this as i am having a hard time getting an official answer.
