That because of the people manning them not because of the goverment!!!! and if you dont have the proper papers u have to go back wherther you like it or not and trust me you will have something missing

I went through it last year! the min fee is €200 and then goes up depending on Gross Tonnage but most of us won't exceed €200 at the current rates
