well, last Monday the reps of the federation had a meeting with the fisheries regarding the fads. As joe said  the plan  and other topics where raised. No decision had been taken, but the matter has gone up a level higher and its in the politicians hands. So whatever the outcome you will know who has decided on this issue.  will wait and revert.

All 3 people mentioned in the report in the said meeting, have been employed with the fisheries after last election, need I say more?

Whoever proposed the new rules done wrong, whoever implemended the rules done worse!

To be fair Max the proposals were done before the PL came into power.....did the federation representative know about them??
Is something going to be done......we have to wait and see.
If the proposals were submitted, then they were sanctioned by the PN and the fisheries....as you said new government, new employees and as you know a department has to abide and follow what was set in place by the previous government.......then one starts changing......but if it's been submitted to EU then it takes time and discussions to change it.

Im still convinced it could have easily not being implimented. And it was implimented by this current goverment and company.

SHIMANO---Tomorrow's tackle today

Trapping of birds is a E.U. law but the gov was adamant and opened the season. Doesnt the fishermens votes count like those of the trappers? So lets stop this bullshit!
