Good afternoon I have spent an hour or so spinning off the rocks on the outside of the harbour wall and had no luck I'm looking for maybe some barracuda I haven't seen any either am I better off fishing inside the wall by the boats etc thank you any advice would be appreciated

there are lot of barracudas where u went but however I assure you it s almost to impossible to catch one as they are professors there.Inside the harbour we used to catch some years ago however as everyone is pretty much fishing for them they became very cunning.I suggest you try other places where fishing is not so much frequent you will have much better chance.
