Forum Announcement Issues

One of the forum members brought to my attention that they couldn't disable topic announcements and newsletters. This used to be an available feature that each member could adjust, by going into their Profile>Notifications and Email>and then ticking whether they want to receive 'forum announcements and important notifications by email'

I re-enabled this feature which had been disabled in the last software update. This is on by default so if you don't want to receive these things, it's up to you to adjust accordingly.
