Calamari - anybody catch any yet from shore?

Did anybody start catching Calamari by fishing from the shore? Just wanted to know if it is to early to start fishing for them...

I have cught a couple this season but not from shore ...but i was very close to shore..i think u can give it a try

what is the best time for fishing squid from "off shore:" and is the same for shore?

Offshore i prefare sunset and when it's totally dark.As regards for shore i think it's the same but i see most people fishing for squids at night.

I think Night is the best aldo i know some people who also go veryvery early morning 2-3 am
