Title: I NEED HELP =[ can any1 answer my question?

hey everyone, just a quick question i was readying the fishery laws, and for a few types of fishing equipment such as castnets and nassi and stuff cant be used in bays or harbors but it can be used anywere else, can anybody give me example of places?

When we say harbours, normally are like Marsamxetto, Grand Harbour, Marsaxlokk, St Pauls Bay and other closed areas marked with red and white poles. There are also in Gozo like Marsalforn and Xlendi.

No point in using them in Xlendi there was bugger all to catch when I was there 2 weeks ago lol!
