Title: Spoon Spinners....
Post by: skip on November 28, 2007, 13:22:12 CET
One lure I don't currently have in the inventory is the good old metal spinner spoon which is popular for smaller coastal fish. I hear that in the larger sizes it works extremely well for Tuna and other such game fish so I think it's definately something to think about for the up coming season. I also intend on changing all my leaders attached to my lures with fluorocarbon this winter in preparation as if next year is anything like this year in terms of visibility I think it's going to be needed.

Just as an addition to this, Clark Spoon - Chrome #2 3 1/2 inch no bead with 6/0 hook seems to be highly recommended.
