i never mentioned i use one hook. i always use 2.

if you practise regularly theis technique, you'll learn that it is a normal thing that fish attach without taking not even one of the hooks. you insert one at the top of the squid and the other in the siphon.  sawrel tal imperjal usally bite the tentacles off, just mm beneth the siphon without getting hooked.

the rigs at mr fish don't seem good at all. i don't like the hooks and the pilot doesn't slide easily and if you are using live bait, that is a mast as otherwise the bait will be dead by the time you've rigged it

They seem ok to me, but as I said before I have never actually tried them out.

its ok chris. rob i haven't tried them but a friend of mine has bought. if you like to use a specific monofilament you can't with these ready made rigs. and i don't like the hooks either
