Float Paternoster on pole rod ??

Can you make paternoster with a float on a pole rod for fishing for vopi and similar fish from land ??

Yes sure you can make a paternoster, however I would avoid the float so that you can reach the bottom. Always keep the line tense to feel the fish directly. Paternoster is not usually used for Vopi, more for bottom fish in rocky shores up to 3 or 4 metres deep, depending on your rod size. Always make sure that your line is exactly the size of your rod, or maximum 20 cm more.
