may i make a suggestion? before going to sicily can we organise a Beach Ledgering / Surf Casting day or night in malta?

in summer nearly impossible. let you note all the barbeques in malta, there will be so many disturbance that nearly no fish will be around.

i go spear-fishing and many a times saw mnieges far out- i think they hate all the noises and activity around

plus you seem to forget all the ropes around the bays limiting our casts

PK47 just to give you a better idea of when you should practice this type of fishing, ideally one should start going down fishing from a beach from end september to december-early january. If the sea is rough , it's even better ...
