This vid should be posted permanently on top of the spear fishing section in my opinion. Its really super interesting and there are many things which i did not know enough about. Although have not dived in ages, I think all sea-lovers should have a look at it for safety reasons.

This was a very interesting feature and tutorial.  A real eye opener for all speroes and free divers.  But also for the likes of me, the low low amature who sometimes goes diving for sea urchins (rizzi) off the west cost in about 8 to 10 mtrs of water, alone of course...its only me and the dingy.  I'm no diver, so with each dive I push myself to the limit...all 45 seconds of the dive ....so this video serves as an eye-opener not to push!!
