what sort of mm line and breaking strain should i be using, i really dont know what is on the spool i am using so i can get some more and load spare spool. Huh Huh Huh

I would use a good 0.30 mono or 0.20 braided.But I personally prefer mono.

Yes id say a good 0.30mm (or even 0.35mm) mono would be the best or if you prefer braid 25lb braid (which is about the equivalent of 0.12mm mono thickness) and then tie a mono leader of 0.35mm thickness the last 30-40cm should be sufficient for most situations  Grin
