I understand that:
 - on photos #5 are - King Fish (left) and barracudas (right),
 - on photo #9 are - skates (rays),
 - on photo #11 are - yellow fin tunas, not albacores, as albacores in Latin, as I understand, are longfin tunas, not yellowfin ones (pls correct me if I am wrong). If you click on photo #12 and enlarge to the normal size you'll see that some fins are yellow,
 - on photo #15 are - sea bass or sea brims?

So, those are some of the fish that you catch?

we catch grouper also but not that type. albacore yes is long fin tuna. we catch barracuda not king fish. the bream is gilthead sea bream. they grow them in fish farms here

Busumark, how do you cook barracuda? In my Big game Fishing book I read that some types of barracuda can be "nerve poisoning" and special care has to be taken to cook it in the right way.
