Goodmorning guys :)

Nick i will be going out early since the learner called me and told me to do the test at 8am.

Shall be at st julians bu 11.30

skip

Wind is an F5/4 at the moment which means we will NOT be meeting in St. Julians. Fortuna and myself will be launching from Qawra and staying in the shelter of Qawra bay until early afternoon 14.00-15.00 when we might be able to venture out and down the coast.

Bigboy I will leave it up to you to liaise with Luke and Ninja if he comes and then we will keep in touch to see what happens by the evening finish time, where we will try and keep to meeting at 5.00-5.15 in St. Julians.

I would normally cancel this event, but as we're only going to be 4 boats max 5 we may as well just go out as a friendly and have some fun in the safest manner possible.

Nick the conditions do not seem to be bad. Sea is in a moderate state so not that bad. Previsions are that the sea is sapposed to calm down

Well done to the organisers and to all those who took part (regardless of the results)!

This purely shows how fishing is a fun sport when done together and how we should not wait for competitions to organise fishing trips!

All those who stayed out for klamari...I hope you had better luck!  ;)

u prosit lil Big Boy talli ghamel cappuccino bir-rawa fuq il-bahar!!

The only boat to catch a fish during the competition was Team Fortuna/Maltembu, even though it was a small Burqax which they caught with a light bottom rig inside Qawra bay.

Not sure how much it weighed......
