I had a problem with oil cooler oil mix with water on my izuzu i changed system from fresh water cooler to salt water as i had trouble finding parts every things good my problem is getting residue oil out of internal system i flushed it with fresh water but there is some small oil left some one said put soap to flush but im scared any one know some thing to get rid of it.

I would use a special detergent specifically designed for cleaning/flushing oil rather than soap

I recommend Wurth BMF cleaner, a biogradable degreaser/detergent which can be mixed at different levels of concentration. A further plus is that it is not aggressive on materials i.e. steel, alum, rubber, brass etc.
