Organising activities on the forum

Please note that any activity organised on the forum should have the sanction of the Moderator concerned. This does not mean that one cannot organise an activity. This was done so that we dont have multiple bookings and activities at the same time.
Thanks for those who actually take the initiative to organise an activity, but please from now on contact me.
If this is ignored I will have to delete the post.
