free diving

Hi' I'm James, After my 'o' levels I'm planning to dedicate more time for free diving. I all ready have a wet suit 0.5 mm and i don't know if i need any  (comb ma cintorin) and if i need how will  i know how much kg i  need? and i need a pair of fins i was thinking about cressi-sub what is your opinion? and some times i have problems with my ears ( biex infaqa u kif infaqa ezatt). My time is 1min 20 sec don't know how am i going to increase it. Can some buddy help me pls? thx
